When I look back over a year of my planner for the year. One of the most notable things I see is the meal our family has eaten over the year. I decided to list them out to see the year in review, see which we eat the most, which were hits and which were duds for our family. One thing that might be interesting to people is that through our decluttering and simplifying journey we have cut down one our cookbooks. A few of the things we noticed from this list. We did not list the days we got pizza.
There are a few meals that I know we love, but for some reason we don’t have them very often. Examples are the Tuscan Pasta and Pancetta. The reason is probably that it takes specific ingredients, like bacon, that I don’t have on our regular grocery list.
It is likely that we have had some of these more often, but it is hard to tell.

Looking over the year in review – we only have a few meals that just simply failed. Otherwise – it seems like we have made some really great meals.
